The deal

EasyBoard is a project board tool. You create boards, invite people, manage cards, and optionally wire an AI agent to do work alongside you. You pay $1, $12, or $50 per board per year depending on the plan. Free tier has 1 board with 50 cards and no AI agent.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything your AI agent token does. Don't share board access with people who shouldn't see your content.

Acceptable use

Use it for project management. Don't use it to harass anyone, host illegal content, run spam operations, or attack other systems. Don't try to exfiltrate other customers' data. We'll suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Payment, renewals, refunds

Paid boards bill yearly via Stripe. We renew automatically; cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page and your board stays active until the period end. We offer a 14-day refund window on new purchases. Email support@egtw.org.

What happens when you cancel

Your board stays active until the end of the paid period. After that we mark it expired and keep your data for 30 days so you can restore. After 30 days, we delete the board and its contents.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise a specific uptime. This is a small operation and we'll do our best.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or lost data beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months. We keep backups but you should also export anything important from your account page.

Changes

We'll email you for material changes to these terms. Continued use after notice means you accept the changes.
