What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, hashed password.
• Board content: the cards, comments, attachments, and bug reports you create. We host this on your behalf so your team can see it.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer + subscription id; we never see your card.
• Usage signals: basic logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. Held for 30 days unless we're investigating an incident.

How we use it

To operate the product. We don't sell or rent your data. We don't train models on your board content. We don't share anything with third parties except the infrastructure partners required to run the service (AWS for hosting, Stripe for billing).

AI agents on your board

If you wire an AI agent (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to your board via the bearer token, that agent reads and writes your board on your behalf. We don't share the agent's token with anyone, but the agent itself is governed by whatever provider you use.

Data retention

Active boards: data is kept for as long as the subscription is active. Expired or canceled boards: a 30-day grace window for restoration, then deletion. Account deletion removes all your boards and content.
