EasyBoard vs Linear
Like Linear's speed and polish, want the AI agent story to be the headline instead of a footnote.
Linear is genuinely good. It's also $14/user/month at the Standard tier, designed for product teams of 10+ that buy into Linear's exact opinion about how work should flow. EasyBoard is for the team that wants the speed and polish but a flatter price, a real per-board model, and an AI agent that's a first-class actor on the board (not a beta add-on).
What Linear is good at
A fast, opinionated issue tracker for product teams. Beautiful UI, keyboard-driven, opinionated workflow.
Pricing
Linear Standard: $14/user/month. Ten people = $1,680/year.
EasyBoard Team: $12/board/year, or Pro at $50/board/year for unlimited cards + cross-board AI.
10-person team: ~$1,668 / year cheaper on EasyBoard Team. Pro tier is still about $1,630 cheaper.

Why teams switch
AI agent is the headline, not a beta
EasyBoard ships with a bearer token your agents use immediately. /api/board/help is self-documenting so Claude or Cursor reads it once and knows the whole API.
Per-board, not per-seat
Add the contractor, the AI agent, three external testers, the designer. None of it touches the price. Boards scale by what you ship, not who looks at it.
You can have fun with it
Linear is famously serious. EasyBoard has confetti on done, animated card skins, move FX, name tags. Optional. The team that wants quiet ships with Focus mode and never sees any of it.
Common questions
▸ Does EasyBoard have cycles / sprints?
A cycle is just a saved filter on a date range. We do not bake the ceremony into the schema. Teams that want sprints use a "cycle" label.
▸ Triage view?
Backlog column with a "priority desc, age asc" sort and a saved filter for unassigned. Same outcome.
▸ GitHub integration parity?
Both create branches from cards and reflect PR status. Linear has slightly deeper auto-mention magic; EasyBoard has the same bones plus an AI-agent path so agents can open branches.
